Fordyce Scottish Women’s Institute

There is a wide and varied syllabus throughout the year including baking, floral, knitting and craft competitions, guest speakers, raffles, trips out and a welcoming community feeling with lots of humour.

Members compete at a variety of local shows and going by the lists of top prizes are a talented and supportive group.

Please bring your own mug/cup.

  • Annual membership fee: £35 (due Sept meeting)
  • Guest fee: £4 per meeting
  • One entry per member in each competition
  • “Flower of the Month” must be one stem and grown by member.

Coffee, tea & cakes. Chat & games.

VARIOUS ACTIVITIES

All residents welcome
Museum & Workshop
Volunteers open the museum & workshop on Fri/Sat/Sun. In winter months this will operate on a more ad hoc basis.

We also meet at a variety of social events including:

  • GetTogethers on last Friday of month
  • Book Club
  • Film Nights
  • BBQs
